Yeah this year is going to be pretty disappointing for alot of football fans. The Pats are gonna light it up. I hope the Jags savor this moment cause it's not gonna last long lol.
Sorry about your rim Chad. Could be worse tho. Up in the northern states potholes are a dime a dozen. (Snow, ice, salt, melting, freezing, plows, ect...)

sup kids
i already applied a layer of dynamat xtreme to d inner panel of d trunk of my wagon a few mths ago & of course it made a difference ....well today i did a 2nd layer & d difference now is IMO more noticeable ! ...
was really boring, time consuming to press it down firm in d tight areas where u cant see good because d panels restricting ur view & ur hands .....u really have to be in a mood to do this thats y i kept feeling lazy to do it .....but its a new yr so stop being lazy
hatch now almost completely stops vibrating - u can see d number plate still has some waves passing through it but no more rattles to my ears !
now d best part ....when i sit down inside d car & put on some familar tunes i find like d bass suddenly sounding deeper to me than b4...d box is tuned 38hz but now sounding like its maybe 2 hz deeper ...more fuller richer sounding bass ....
but i still have more plans for d hatch ...intend to foam it full & then cover it up with another layer of dynamat for full performance to d max in d shows this yr ..... |

who woulda thunk 2 layers would may a very noticable difference & make d tuning seem deeper too
also want to do d roof in my wagon & seeing that there is a 2 day holiday wk end coming up in feb would be a good time ....i need to especially do something by d top of d windscreen since it moves about 1\4-1\2 sometimes so i need some absorbtion sh1t there to ease that b4 my roof leaks .... |

Just checked them out. That's a really good deal. The boxes even have some polyfil inside.
Ok so they're waaaay undersized for the suggested box volume for the ED's but still, good price imo.
I don't know anyone who can make a box, carpet it, add polyfil, grills and quick connects, handles, wiring for neon for $10. WOW.
Ok so some 9 year old in Malaysia works 14hr days at $1/day.
I'll get over it lol.

about that $9 box - d mdf alone is valued more than 9bux ...make u wonder how they have some1 oversee labor to make that then ship it here to retail & still make some $ ...amazing ! ...if i had to make 1 of those to resell it'll be about $60 ! ...to pay 4 materials & my labor since thats 7sides to be cut @ angles then work to carpet ..... |

i don't have the 9512 anymore. sold it awhile back. lol.
when i did have it, i had a 3 cuft box tuned to 38hz.
i want to start collecting subs now rovin. i've always wanted to try the mag out and when i found one at this awesome price, i couldn't pass it up. |

every sub i have owned i wanted to hold onto it because each is unique in its own way but u have move on to trying new stuff otherwise i would have a bunch of stuff lying around
i too love trying out new sh1t but u have to control ur addiction thats y i change far\few meaning i get alot of mths use\enjoyment b4 i change something out
i think i have outgrown sitting down playing games on a console @ home - seems i lost all interest since all these games after a while is d same

Chad you will love the Wii. I play it every night. I'm waiting till they come out with ankle strap/sensors to make it more interesting in sport related games.
My brother in law got a ps3 for Xmas and can't keep off it. He keeps downloading new demo games. It's also a cool way to view your digital pics and such.
Both game systems have wireless controllers.
Dunno about the 360.
Charlie, you're gonna need to save up alot more for your kids lol. They're worth every penny and more, trust me. |

well this new year is starting off like sh!t. i mean i feel like my car is falling apart. here is the situation.
my steering wheel pump makes a lot of noise in the morning. it bothers the hell out of me. good thing is that i found a place that will rebuild it for me for $200. apparently its a common problem the honda accords have. anyways they told me once rebuilt, it won't bother me again. they specialize on hondas.
this morning driving to work, my brakes started to make grinding noise even though i didn't step on the brakes. meaning i need to have them changed. another $100 gone.
you guys know about my rims getting bent. lol.
now i am also getting some knocking sound from the front left side shocks area. it only makes the sound in the morning when i start to drive or sometimes when i make U turns.
i have a personality where every little thing bothers me. then i change it. i guess that has alot to do with me changing my setup so often. lol. for example, my lights were dimming alot when i had the pair of sound splinter rl-s due to utilizing 2500wrms. so that is the main reason i wanted to get rid of those. just running one wasn't loud enough and running two was stressing my charging system. lol.
i guess there is a brighter side to all this. usually when a new year starts off sh!tty, it only gets better and ends with an awesome bang. so i am hoping.
also i got an awesome deal on the mag 15. $230 shipped. so i am happy about that.
ultimately, i know you guys. you guys are the best. i don't know what i would ever do without the encouraging words from you guys.

my most important new years resolution is being patient. i don't know if you guys noticed but i am very impatient. if i need to buy something, i do it asap without even researching stuff.
so i decided i will teach myself to be more patient. like for example, i want to get the rims so bad. i am ready to go down to the shop to do it but i told myself, let me get my car working perfect first then that comes. i am gonna do it. |

Got'em for doing an install on my brother in laws car today. They are almost brand new. They have Fs of 30Hz. I just happen to have a 4CuFt enclosure tuned to 32Hz layin around that I'm gonna drop them in. You know just mess with them for a while, maybe throw them in the minivan... |

I forgot to tell you guys about the install. It was a pair of the new Phoenix Gold Ryvals 12's. They are in a regular ol' bandpass box that he got from some guy. The subs handle 150rms each and he has a brand new 200rms MTX 2 channel amp that had a birthsheet that says 262rms. All this is in a 90' accord. I was surprised to say the least. For 260 watts, them suckers bumped pretty good, and werent in the least bit sloppy. I was pretty shocked. My brother in law was happy Its a nice little beginners system that he got for Christmas. |

my plan is to have several different brands of subs that can be wired to 1000wrms at 1ohm. so far i got my realms and i will get the mag soon. then i'll get a pair of rd classics and a rd elite 12. all will have their boxes so when i feel like listening to a certain sub, i'll just swap them out.
but first let me fix my car. damn. lol. |

Yeah Paul, they're just some cheapy subs. I cant too much info about them. They are around $40 each on the net.
LOL, Chad. I feel ya about the fixing the car part. I haven't been able to drive my Range Rover in about a month and a half, it sucks Thats the reason I been trying to sell one of my A3000's is that I can buy a stock alternator for it.
You should get a pair of SD2.5's too, just give them a try. They are D4 and are rated at 400rms each but would take 500rms each with no prob. |

i'm typing this small since i dont want it out too much so u guys may want to copy\paste it to see : some of u may know a few mths ago i bought a brand new Gseries dd9512 ...u wont believe i had it sitting about 6wks b4 i built a box to test it ...2.5cuft with 15sq" port\cuft tuned 40hz according to dd ...sounded ok but no low end & i felt sub had more to it ...so about 3wks ago i did a 3cuft 2 4" aero tuned 38hz ...sounds better but somehow unrefined ...when i double dynamat my wagon on sunday gone it seems like d SQ improved alot & like the sub sounded 2hz lower ...new plans though is 3.5cuft 2 4" butnow tuned 34hz ! ...im going to make this spl sub give some looows too ...hopefully ! .....still got my orion 2500d ..... |
