"Cannot find the Handycam (Tape) check the i-link connection to the Handycam" - this is the message I keep getting when I try to import tapes onto my DELL laptop(Windows XP). No problem when using a Sony laptop however. I also get a message "Sony Digital Imaging video has not passed the Windows logo testing to verify it's compatability with Windows XP. I was told the Camera was compatible with any computer when I purchased it. No digital signature from Microsoft device driver for XP logo. Where do I go with the problem? It's really frustrating not being able to EDIT my tapes.
