i think we got 13 different days of holidays here ...
well i woke up late ,went online a lil while & just bummed on d couch til 1.30 then went 4 some KFC which i havent eaten this yr as yet so it was yummy
then i went in my workshed & finished carpeting a new box with 1 new pio 307 ,
then sanded d edges on a box which i had my premier in to be carpeted on sunday then i will sell it since i have no use 4 it
& i also have a nice new pipe ported box i never used b4 it holds 2 12s which i think im going to sell too .....no need 4 em both so might as well get some $ 4 it ..... |

i installed my amps yesterday. i am not done though. i still got to fabricate a rack for my audiocontrol stuff.
anyways for now, i just put a piece of board for my audiocontrol stuff so i can hear music while driving to work today. the pioneer came to life with 1000wrms. i wired the sub to 8ohms and the amps are strapped so it is giving the sub 1000wrms.
pics tomorow or the next day when i complete everything. the rack for the audiocotrol stuff shoud take me around one hour cause i already cut all the wood necessary. |

yeah. when i gave it more power the lows hit harder. lol.
btw rovin, did your pio sub smell when you first started to listen to it? its not a coil burning smell but some other funky smell. maybe i am giving it too much power or something. it should be able to take 1000wrms at moderate volume though. |

yup thats a sorta trademark with pio subs u get that oh so not pleasant glue smell though u gotta be careful it aint roasting coils ur smelling....i would make sure & drop ur gains to flat 0 same with bass boost
funny how d 10" 257 model does not have a smell & takes a good 880wrms which amp is rated to do & no problem
hey i took my amp & my bro's pa monoblock to get repaired 2day but guy has so much work he said quite next wk wed i will get it back , since easter wkend is coming up too i guess ...
...now i REALLY think i should get that damn 2000 picasso ,i have 2 go by d dealer tomorrow 4 dem atomics so i think i may just buy that amp 1 time & keep it as a back up since i made a lil $ saturday & 2day -lol

i used d "symbol" font up there - i guess it may show small on a 17" & under screen but i have a 19" here
