I think this question has been asked a hundred times already so i apologise in advance.
I have a sonyhandycam DCR HC42E and am connecting it to a Mac via the 4 and 6 pin firewire lead. In Imovie it says the camera is connected and i can control the viewer screen on the handycam, BUT the screen on the imac is blank (well blue actually) and i cannot import the movie. Please help!
