Having problems downloading the tape to my pc.
message cannot find the Handycam (Tape).OS windows. I am using a fire wire . |

Is your firewire enabled?
What program are you using to extract the video?
Do you have the proper drivers? |

Thank you. i have windos xp,not sure if my firewire is enabled.Microsoft movie maker and sony picture motion browser.How does one check if the proper driver is installed. |
