yo kids i just a job 2 build a box for 1 of this sub - UXP12D http://www.bravoxaudio.com/uxp.asp i have it sitting here right next 2 me
i heard 1 b4 in a nissan xtrail & it sounds pretty loud/good
though they rec a 2cuft box im beginning 2 notice most subs sound better in a slightly oversized box so im gonna build it 2.5cuft with a 4" pipe port

holy crap dude !
luckily me & my bros we take more on our mom's side she was never big built & short
but us kids r taller than her & carry her not big size so no matter how much we eat only our stomachs may flab but rest of our body remains pretty much normal .
I should lose honestly a 10 pds off my belly but rest of me is trim - thanx 2 good genes 
sitting behind a pc on d forum makes u wanna stuff ur face while browsing - i jave stopped that habit & now only stuff fruits
muddy can give u some good weight lost tips since he too was supersized early this yr ...j/k.......... |

no offense, but chad has more weight than i ever had. i was 240 and i am now 213, 6' 1" tall.
i COMPLETELY STOPPED eating:
1. Fried foods - so bad for you it isn't even funny
2. Soda/Pop - the caffeine robs your body of water(makes you dehydrated) and the sugar gets stored to fat
3. Ice Cream - Sugar and Fat. oh boy. lolol
started drinking nothing but water/sometimes fruit juice for something diff. and the weight came pouring off.
btw Chad, you look TOTALLY diff. than i pictured you. lol |

u see alot of americans fall 4 d fast foods which r cheap & d portions r so fricking huge - so its expected , man even 10yr olds in d usa i seen some of them built like a 20yr old
2day i bought some chinese spring rolls 4 lunch & man was it soaked in oil but it like 2.30pm & i had not eat lunch as yet so i ate it - now reading this im guilty as well -lol....... |

i am off fast food for good now. i think eating all the big mac contributed to my weight gain the past year.
i actually lost about 8 lbs in the past month. i weigh in at healthy 250lbs. i am 5'11". i got some more weight to lose.
ok now can we get off this weight topic. lol. jk.

ya but even when i eat fast food i lose weight its weird i gained weight during the summer cause i work in a kitchen and when i worked during the morning 5 days a wk i ate 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches everyday so i gained weight lol |
