I have a handycam DCR-HC14E and cannot get the video from the camera to the PC using a USB cable... i connect the camera i installed the software but it wont work my manuel is in italian i am working in italy and need the film for work... i downloaded the english manuel from sony which doesnt have information on how to transfer the files... there seems to be no way of copying the film to my PC using Picture Package....
