Hello all

I have a problem with my Sony Handycam DCR-PC109E: for the last two months, I have been unable to connect to the memory stick to download the pictures and mini-films I made. It works with USB, and used to work great before that.

All I can think of is that Windows 2003 server made an update or something, and now I can't use it anymore.

Does someone have a suggestion on what to do? I really need to empty the mem card.

Purchase a memory card reader instead of using the camera to view and transfer photos.
