Hello i cannot seem to get the video from my handycam dcr-trv11 onto my computer. I can retrive the still imeges on the memorie stick but not off the tape. I am using the software that came with the cam. I am using win. xp and the insalattion disk says its fo win 95/98 would this make the difference? if any one can help me out it would be great

How are you connecting to computer? If you are connecting via USB, it won't work.
