Casio Exilim series...look into those.
There is also Canon series.
Any in that range will be excellent.

Ditto on the Casio. I first bought the Casio Q40, then the Exilim last year when I wanted to go even smaller, to fit in my shirt pocket. These are great digitals. I go to Europe once a year, sometimes twice, and I have had great success with my Casios. Highly recommend them. My spouse has a Canon - takes great pix, but oh so much bigger.

Hey there Adam, I bought my daughter a Fuji Z1. Its a great little camera. Very small, seems to have a good picture quality. It's simple to use and good in low light
