Hi guys, currently I have camcorder Panasonic NV-GS15, and I've got a trouble when I tried to transfer my video data to pc, I'm using ulead software. when I try to capture ulead said "either no driver installed in this system or device connected" which they already connected via cable firewire to USB and it was on. and I already installed the driver from manual CD. cause I can see the icon on taskbar, if I click the "safely remove hardware" it will pop up "Panasonic DVC USB-Serial Driver for WinXP (COM3)" which means my computer already recognized it.
Any comment or suggestions will be highly appreciated, THX |

Firewire to USB??? That is your first problem. Firewire to firewire only... |

I think all cable connecting to PC is firewire to USB such as printer cable, any electronic device cable. And my computer already recognized my camcorder but It doesnt recognize in ulead. Do you think it's the main problem? could you explain me pls ? |
