I have a JVC Camcorder Model GR-DVL820U. It came with the "Digital Photo Navigator" program. With Windows 98 I was able to download photos from the camera, which has a memory stick, after connecting it to my computers USB Port.
Since I went to Windows XP Home Edition, I cannot get them to download. I went to the JVC site to get updates, but I'm still unable to get my photos.
I only want them to send them as E Mails. I understand that "San Disk" can be used to do this, but I'm unsure how it works and also there are so many different models of San Disk. I would sure appreciate any help in what is the easiest way to download my photos for E Mailing.
