I have a Sony DC-HC14E and can't transfer from handycam to PC. I have image mixer but it will not recognise the camera. I have downloaded a different driver as i read that the windows XP driver will not support the transfer. Can someone PLEASE help before i lose the plot and throw it out of the window!

USB lead. i read somewhere that i need a different driver to that of windows xp cos that doesn't support USB streaming so have downloaded a different one but still nothing, I can get it to connect to picture package and stream via that but that doesn't allow me to copy the sound over, it only does the picture and then prompts to add backing music which isn't really what i'm after.
