I am currently living in the UK and have a Sony Hi8 camcorder I bought in the US. Manual says, "Your camcorder is an NTSC system-based camcorder". I just bought some Sony Hi8 cassettes and noticed when I got home that they are PAL. If I understand correctly, I can record on them with my camcorder, but my concern is that when I go back to the States, I won't be able to play these into my TV there. Can someone clarify?
