Ive been shooting a ton of footage and i want to transfer it to the computer for editing and what not. A few of my friends have used Dazzle the USB version, im curious as to which version i should use for good quality video. Do i need the firewire card, or can i just get away with the external device? Thankyou!

I have a JVC GR-DV500 Mini DV Digital Camera, i forgot to put that in there if you couldnt get it from the topic title.
