my dad is going to buy a panasonic PV-GS150 camcoder for me from US, he is not sure whether to go in for PAL or NTSC,kindly guide me on this.i will be using this camcoder in India.i suppose india is a pal country but almost every tv here is compatible to both(i am not sure).pls tell me which one is better and will i have any difficulty in converting my tapes into dvds.
