I have a canon ES8400 camcorder and I want to connect it to my computer so I can edit my videos and stuff, but there is no USB or anything I can find that will connect the two. If someone else has this camcorder or knows a way to connect it to a computer, please post how.

You need to have analog capture hardware. Pinnacle makes a nice piece of equipment at a great price. They have been recently purchased and the prices are real low. Studio movie box is only 60 dollars. It comes with software and a capture device. Just make sure you have hard drive space to save the video.
