Well i had a eye toy cam working then i unplugged it to put my mp3 in. Now my eye toy is not recognised. I bought a new webcam and this is recognised but afta i hav installed the drivers and hardware then it doesnt work. When i try to use it on msn it just has a black screen and then says usb device not recognised. Can any1 help me with this problem ? Is my usb port broke ?

Can anyone help me please? I have no clue how to turn on my USB ports do you know a way I can do it.
