Hi, I have a JVC Mini DV hooked up to my computer and am transferring video via firewire (which is fun to say:}. With a firewire hookup is sound transferred also or do I need to run a second wire for the recorded sound, because so far no sound found? Thanks.

Okay I finally found my answer in a previous posting thanks MR. Hopler. Firewire is all you need just change the setting in Premiere to record EEEE1984 for audio or whatever that number is. Thanks. |

I have the same problem, I captured and burned the video part using the dv cable but no audio, can you help |
