Hi all I have been reading a lot of the post here and I definately need some help.

I'm Trying to set my camcorder(sony trv460) up to the VCR to record the tape inside it, and also watch it on TV at the same time.

For the life of me I can't get a picture a sound or anything.

I'm using the AV jack from the camcorder to the input of the VCR Video and Audio IN. My tv is connected up with the normal basic cable setting ANT in / out cables to TV.

Do I need to hook up anything else? I have no cables going out of vcr video/audio OUT .


Plz help I'm about to lose my mind trying to figure this out. I called Sony to see if they could help but after being on hold for 45 min they basically told me it would be $216 Labor plus tax and Shipping. My warranty is good for a yr on parts, labor 90 days which has past.
