According the manual, my Camcorder can record in either 12bit or 16bit sound. The 12bit option is causing havoc with my editing and playback software (too complicated to explain, but I need the audio at 48khz, not 32). But when I got into the menu, all I get is 3 options for 12bit - Mix, Sound 1, and Sound 2. Can anybody help? Is there some other, secret setting to unlock 16bit sound? Thanks in advance...
