I am a little confused about the sports mode with the Nikon d70. Why is the pictures so blurry in the sports mode. The Shutter speed is 1/25 and aperture is set at f3.5. I checked the auto mode and the is the shutter speed is set a 1/60. A lot faster shutter... Why.??.. this auto mode shoots with no blurring... I would think that the Sports mode would have a very fast shutter speed setting !!
ps And is continuous mode just for the Sports mode??

Any suggestions or comments would deeply appreciated.
Thanks

How is the lighting situation?
How are you focusing...are you tracking/panning at all? Is it on continuous or single? There are so many variables.

Continuous mode is not just for sports mode, you can apply it to anything you like.

I suggest that you take some photography classes, your skills will be augmented.
