G'day, Note: First of all, I am not good at this. I have a very annoying problem. I have the TRV240E digital handycam and I heard alot of good stuff about it before I bought it. The camera is works fine but when I want to put the stuff I have filmed into the computer, the quality turns into crap. Big pixles, a bit lag.. Nothing I can use really. Why is that? I never recieved the disc containing Pixel Imagermixer 1.0 but I finally got the hold of it a few hours ago. I thought that would help but it didn't. Now, is it because I use the USB cable to capture the videos from the camera that the quality gets bad or is this camera junk? If so, I am very disappointed, throwing out a few 100 dollars on it. I noticed the DV In/Out hole for a cable, could that be it perhaps? Do I need a DV in/out cable to get good quality? (never recieved it either) Please help! =) |

You need to use the DV output and a decent video editing software. |
