I have an scl810 samsung 8mm. One day I was going to watch what I had taped befor, the screen went fuzzy and there was no sound. When I went to take the tape out-(it had happened once before)-The tape tray only opened half way. When you take the tape out it lifts mechanicly and snaps open. It lifted half way and stopped. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
