I have a big question.

I have a project for art class that I have to do(it's a film thing)
The school's camera's use minidv tapes, but the one I'm using(which is a friends)uses H8 tapes. It doesn't have a USB port, either.

My teacher doesn't loan out the school cameras, so I was wondering if there's any way to get the footage on the camera I'm using to the computer?
I heard somewhere that you can move footage on H8 tapes to MiniDV tapes, but I have no clue.

U can buy a capture card. And so u can transfer the files to your computer. Or u can buy a tv card (supporting to capture mpeg2 format).
