I am planning on upgrading and want a camera that can take 360 degrees/panorama photos as easy as possible. I heard that there are attachments to buy and software to use, but I also want to upload the results onto my hosting rather than use something like IPIX or egg360 which will host your images and you can only link to them to view over a web. I had my heart set on a Fuji S7000, but what wondering what other attachments I might need to manage this.

Actually a lot of cameras can do panoramic shot very easily, it's your image editing software responsible for stitching them together that will be pivotal.
You also need a good tripod to mount your camera and a mount that centers the camera on the lens and not the focal plane. Manfroto makes excellent tripods and ballheads for what you want to do.
