I am in the process of upgrading to a paradigm HT with a denon reciever and am currently using 16 guage cables. Is this thick enough wire? Thanks for any input you have |

Depending on how long the cale run is. Many will say that 16 awg is enough for short tuns, But I'm a fan of larger gauge cabling since personal experience taught me that large guage provide a much better experience in sound quality.
I use 11 awg cabling and have used 10 awg cabling both of which provided me with a performance increase over my previous 16 awg.
But then to be honest, my large cable runs are much shorter then my 16 awg. |
