I am in the process of upgrading to a paradigm HT with a denon reciever and am currently using 16 guage cables. Is this thick enough wire? Thanks for any input you have

Depending on how long the cale run is. Many will say that 16 awg is enough for short tuns, But I'm a fan of larger gauge cabling since personal experience taught me that large guage provide a much better experience in sound quality.

I use 11 awg cabling and have used 10 awg cabling both of which provided me with a performance increase over my previous 16 awg.
But then to be honest, my large cable runs are much shorter then my 16 awg.
