Howdy. I'm attempting to add some in-wall speakers and find it necessary to run speaker cable alongside high voltage wiring. Is there any way to effectively prevent interference? Shielded speaker wire? And are their any recommended brands/products?

Thanks!

You may be able to run some narrow PVC piping alongside the electrical wiring for some separation, and then run shielded speaker wire through that. Just a thought. I know when I run wires along the floor behind my setup, I like the run the AC wires through flexible tubing to make sure it's never lying directly across my interconnects/speaker wires, and it seems to do the job. Good luck.
