Is it possible a digital coaxial to optical cable, because I just have a coaxial plug onto my dvd and a coaxial onto my amp and I want to have a digital sound. So is this cable possible ? Is it existing ?

you can get an adapter that converts SPDIF to TOSlink or vice versa. Easily found on google. just search for "optical digital coax adapter" or similar.

they carry the exact same signal and data, just two different transports for it.
