I'm in the process of building a home recording studio in my garage and I would like to use a pair of hifi speakers as monitors for my mixing desk. The problem is the mixing desk only has jack outputs (6.5mm) whilst my speakers connect via normal speaker wire. I'm sure it's possible to convert these into jack connectors but i know very little about it. Can anyone give me any advice? Are there any kits you can buy to help? Even better, can somebody give me a link to a site where i can buy one? Thanks.
