Remote for LCD TV N2011 is dead. Viewsonic, and apparently no one in the entire Google world, has a replacement. Viewsonic told me a universal remote will not work (no codes?), and that I should get a learning remote. Question: How do I get a learning remote to work with a dead remote? Any suggestions, short of shooting the TV, will be appreciated.
