Hi, I've bought a projector for my home theater that can display up to 480p. The guy at the shop sold me a 150$ cable that really look like a composite one. (It has the colors red-white-yellow) But the fact is that I need a component cable for my projector. Can this cable be used as a component cable? In fact, can we use a composite cable as a component cable? Are they made the same way? |

I made the test : It works! But the image seemed to be darker... Is it because the cable I used from my DVD to my receiver is a cheap (composite) one? |
