I just purchased an APC H15 Power Conditioner, should be here Tuesday.

My only concern with it is the power cord, it is down right massive. Looks like a dryer cord, it's also 10' long and I only have about a 3' run to the power cord, is it safe to coil it up under my rack?

I've heard a lot of people claim coiling wires increases the possibility of having the wire act like an RFI magnet.

I have an APC J15, which also has a large power cable. I wanted the extra length so I could easily pull my entire HT system out from the wall. The power cord can be coiled as you describe and I don't believe you will ever have any problems.

APC came a few hours ago, very impressive unit. Didn't much or anything for the sound as I expected, I didn't buy it for that anyway.
