Please forgive my ignorance, I'mnew to all this!

I have a TV with 5-phono Componenet Input (Pr, Pb & G/Y - L & R audio). I have also just been given a QED Silver Reference SCART to Comp cable.

My problem is, this cable has 6-phono connectors at the opposite end of the cable to the SCART. The extra phono is labeled 'RGB Sync'. Is this cable any good for my Component input or do I need one without this seemingly superfluous Sync phono?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
