I searched the forums to see if anyone posted this yet, and didn't see it. Systm.org is a website ran by a former host of some tv shows on TechTV/G4TV. He created a video that shows how to create your own cables for home theater use.

http://revision3.com/systm/avcabling/ is the link to the article and download link for this video. It is 45 mins. Very good info for those of you that want to make your own cables.
