Hey, I hope someone can help me out here, I have just bought a multitrack recorder which needs speakers (which I have).

The output from the recorder is the 2 RCA port things, but my speakers don't have RCA input, only speaker wire.

I've had a bit of a look around but can't find any sort of RCA->speaker wire convertor...

I did think of maybe stripping the end of an RCA cable and soldering that to the speaker wire, any thoughts?

Hope someone can help, Adam.

I would assume that since your recorder has RCA outputs then it needs some kind of amplification before going to the speakers.
