Hi: I bought some expensive HDTV and other audio equipment. I want to make sure I am doing the right thing to protect the equipment in terms of power supply and cable input. But there is such a large range of price for these equipment: Monster® 8-Outlet Home Theatre PowerCenter (349) Monster® HTS 2600 Home Theatre Rack PowerCenter (549) Surge protector from Monster is about 79.99 Power Sentry Surge protector at Costco is about 20 bucks. Does anybody have any recommendation what I should purchase. Thanks Ray |

I have the hts2600 and i was very happy with my purchase heres a pichttp://www.monstercable.com/power/productPagePower.asp?pin=1317 The fisrt thing I noticed was a little cleaner pic on hi def content the other noticeable diff was the punch of my subwoofer the filtering I guess is a good selling point but I don't have the knowledge of how it works I just know I get no lines rolling no fuzziness or snow and great clean sound. Thats my two cents. |
