I recently purchased a panasonic 43" RP LCD TV...I know that it is bad for the TV to just lose power without cooling the light, so I'm thinking of getting a UPS...I just have no idea what I should look for...$$$ is a concern so no $500 options please...

Also, I need to surge protect 3 DSS lines, so I was going to get a Tripp Lite HT1010SAT3 and then attach a UPS to that...would that work?
