To anyone who is a proud owner of the extended version of LOTR: The Return Of The King.
Does anyone agree with me that, given the difference (normally) in quality between Dolby and DTS, that there is virtually no difference in terms of quality between Dolby and DTS in this particular movie? I have quickly switched between Dolby and DTS, replaying different twenty-second sequences throughout the film(of course, when the brain tries to make comparisons between issues of sound quality, it can be a little unreliable), but found the Dolby Digital 5.1 EX soundtrack to be every bit as good as the DTS ES 6.1. |
