Avoid Audiobahn, profile, pyle, Pyramid, sony, Volfenhag, Boss, MA Audio, Soundstorm, etc. Anything that sounds too good to be true is. |

I already tried pyramid...they suck or the Ohms didn't match. I've heard good things about Volfenhag subs from people who've had them, but not too much on their amps...i bought a 1600watt amp from them and am waiting to get it. If it sucks, then I will try to exchange it AGAIN...or sell it for a profit? |

the amp will suck completely i have a 300 watt alpine amp that completely and utterly destroys my pos legacy thats rated at 1600watts. the legacy acttually puts out 60 watts X 4 and the sq is horrible. i would expect the same from volfenhag. i learned my lesson. now i am running 2 tempests in a ported enclosure with an alpine amp. |

Tell me what model it is exactly, and I will tell you about how much power it will actually put out. I can't say how long or how well it will do it, but it certainly will not produced 1600W rms |
