I was wondering if anyone has experience installing the alpine type r (SPR) component door speakers in a 2001 model Honda Accord. I want to upgrade from stock and want the type r's to match my sub. One person i talked to said that he could not use the spr speakers in the door because the window would not roll all the way down. i guess there was some type of blockage because the magnets are so big? anyone had this problem or success in this situation?
