I just bought a JVC KD AR300 to put in a 93 Saturn SL. The previous owner had done a very "special" rewiring job on the car sound system which I have pretty much rectified. I installed the JVC and made sure everything was working, I then disconnected it to put the frame in place. When I reconnected it the 0.5amp fuse blew so I got a replacement fuse. Couldn't get a normal one so have put in a slow-blo fuse. Now when I turn the ignition the red LED on the power button lights up and then slowly fades over about 5 seconds. Nothing else works.

So here's the questions:
1. Is the Slow-blo fuse causing the problem?

2. Have I done something to blow the JVC?

3. How can I fix this??!??

4. Can anyone recommend a good wig shop to replace the hair I'm pulling out?!?!?!?

Thanks!
