I have a 340 watt two channel running two 220 watt pioneers and I have a 300 watt two chaneel that I'm running a 10" sub bridged I jumped the remote and power wire but hooked the ground seperat is this ok to do or will I loose power because I jumped the power and remote wires?

No thats fine. Make sure your fuse under the hood you accounted for both amps.
