I've been trying to find answers to this question for a long time now. I have a flash MP3 Player and I was wondering if there was a way to make a jack to connect the MP3 player to the car speakers, like the way I can connect my computer speakers to the MP3 player?

The average mps player doesn't have enough power to push car speakers. Not to mention if you did you might have problems with interferance from your radio and so on. You best bet is to bye a radio with aux inputs, or look into something like the eclipse models that have a slot for a sony memory stick.

If you don't mind losing a lil frequency response(Digital FM only plays to 16 kHz I believe) this is a simple and fairly cheap solution:

You just play your MP3's through your radio.

If you have an aftermarket system with an amp(s) and have a half din space available in your dash you could get an eq with an aux-in like this one:

I think the 5x0 runs about 120 bucks. Its a more expensive option, but should give you better sound quality and some neat buttons and knobs to play with.
