I'm about to put a HiFonics BX1500D on a set of 4 Pioneer TS-W255C 4 ohm subs wired down to 1 ohm. The subs are rated for 350W RMS and 700W Max. The amp supposedly puts out 1500W at 1 ohm... Just wondering if it would be enough I guess

Yea you will be giving each sub a little more then 350 rms a piece which is perfect for those subs. That 1500 rms is rated at 14.4 volts also so you will be fine.
