Hi I don't have a power remote wire on my new deck I have a power antenna can I hook the power remote wire to the amp to that or should I go straight to the ignition wire thanks:dvdj |

I would go to the IGN or ACC fuse. |

If it's an unused wire (not hooked to a power ant.) Yes, this IS the remote wire. It's blue I imagine. so that goes to the remote on the amp. if it is connected to a power ant. then go ahead and do as Pat suggested. |

Do the antenna, that way the amp will turn on with the antenna instead of every time you cut your car on. |

If your car is a pontiac Grand AM 2001 then you ahve to goto the Igintion wire thats what i had to do with my car |

Is this an aftermarket deck or factory? If its aftermarket look for the blue wire with a white stripe. |
