i have 2 of the 10" type-r.. what amp,box,and wiring would you suggest? |

Get an enclosed box they will hit harder.get a 500 watt wiring kit. As for the amp, How Many Watts Are They? A 600 watt amp would work just fine If they are 250 rms. |

i was thinking the Alpine MRD-M501.... would that be good? i got a 2000 honda civic... which box would be best, bandpass? |

Yes that would be an excellent amp That requires 4 gauge wiring kit Sealed enclosure would hit way harder. the bandpass box will hit too but not as much as the sealed box. |

where can i get the box and which brand/model do you recomend? and will i need a new alternator if i dont want the lights to dim ? |

bandpass is awful for quality sound, seriously...it has spiked frequencies for SPL but it rolls off HORRIBLY below the tuning frequency and it just sounds absolutely horrid sealed is reccomended for type-r's but a ported box built to specs is always the loudest for the amount of power you put into the driver |
