Recently purchased the xtant A3001T. I did not receive any speaker, ground, power, remote screw terminals. Called and spoke to the tech department and told them my problem. He said no problem and gathered all my info and is gonna send the parts I needed out with no questions asked. Thats above and beyond customer service and I appreciate it.

I had the same customer service at Rockford Fosgate. They did a awesome job fixing my problem.
