depends on where you are, and which head unit.
etronics.com has good prices on Alpine.

heh
not in my opinion.
they want $800 for a Kicker amplifier that etronics sells for $435.
where would you go?
I got my alpine cda-9813 from etronics and had a very pleasant experience. fast shipping, no problems.

yeah I use the EQ for CDs, and MX for radio. it works out well.
I considered the 9815 but I wanted the Vdrive amp.

as for sub boxes, best to have one hand made.
most prefabbed boxes suck by comparison to a well made custom box.
