When hooking up RCA cables from EQ to the Amp the last RCA cable creates alot of static then AMP shutsdown. The other 3 cables play through the speakers fine.When forth cable is plugged in AMP shuts down.

sounds like the cable is pinned. it's got a short, or the EQ is bad, and sending bad voltage to the amp causing the protection circuit to trip.
switch RCA lines to see if it's the cable or the EQ/amp.
